    Ziyada Phal Sabziya Ka Istemaal: Phal aur sabziya raishe kay ilawa zarori hayateen orr madni nimkiyat kay bhetreen aur ala zriye hote hai. 
    Har baligh insan ko din mein inko 5 bar khana chaiye. In phalo mein koi ek ek saib, kino, malta, kaila, amrod. Do alo bukharay do aro. Muthi bhar cheery, ras berry, bair.
    Khane ka ek chamach sokha mewa..ek glas phal ka khalis rass. (Din mein sirf ek martaba) Ek hisa sabzi. 3 khane kay chamach paki hoi sabzi ya ek pyala daliya ya mili juli sabziya aur salad. 
    Ziyada hal pazir raisha. Raishe ki ye kism phalo ko. Dil aur jai (ots) se milti hai. Iss reshay se khoon mein cholestrol ki sata kam karne mein mada milti hai. 
    Ziyada Roghni Machli: Yun tou roghni ya chikni machliyo ki kai aqsam hai, lekin Pakistan mein surmai machli asani se mil jati hai. Traot machli mulk kay balai dariyo mein amm hoti hai. Roghni machliy to mein darasal omega.3 nami chiknai kay taiz abb (fetiaizds) khob hote hai. Ye khoon ko garaha hone nahi daite yani ismain thakay nahi bante aur istarah hamari ragay lachak dar aur kholi rehti hai, yani in mein charbi kay jamne se khon ki rawani mein rukawat paida nahi hoti. Haftay mein sirf ek martaba aisi machli ko khana kafi hota hai. 
    Soya Beans: Jo log machli na khasakte ho wo soya bean se bani ashiya kay liawa maghz yat munasib mikdar mein istemal karsakte hai. Jamne wali chiknaiya kam khae.

    Chiknaiya Kam Istemaal Karaye: Yeh chiknaiya ziyada tar hewaniya gosht, balai, makhan, ghee waghera mein hoti hai. In kay ziyada istemal se khoon mein cholestrol ki sata barh jati hai.
    In chiknaiyo ka mukamal tark karna zarorai nahi hota, sirf inki mikdar kam kardaini chaiye yani balai dar doodh, dahi, khoya aur isay bani mithaiya, makhan aur asli ghee ki mikdar kam kardi jaye.
    Istarha charbi wala gosht, tali hoi ashiya, cream biscuite, cake ki mikdar kam kardaini chaiye. In kay elawa paratho, poriyo aur halwo ka istemal bhi munasib nahi hota.
    na jamne wali chiknaiya ziyada.. na jamne wali chiknaiya tail wale bijo se hasil hoti hai, lekin un mein nariyal ka tail shamil nahi hai. Jamne wala tail bhi kam mikdar mein khana chaiye. Kam mikdar mein ye nibati chiknaiya qalb aur khoon kay liye mufeed hoti hai.
    Iss kay liye sab se bhetr tail zaitoon ka hota hai ya phir canola ya soraj mukhi ka tail hota hai.
    Dry Fruits Kam Khayae: Iss tarha sada yani bagher namak lage maghziyat (mung phali, badam, pistay , akhrot waghera) bhi thori mikdar mein na jamane wali chiknaiyo ka acha zariya hote hai.
    Ziyada Nishaste: Nishastay dar ashiya maslan be chanay atay ki roti, bhoray chanwal, be chanay atay se bni siwaiya macroni waghera (pasta) rashe kay ilawa madni ajza ka bhi acha zariya hote hai.

    Humay mainse har shaks kay liye zarori hai kay wo jismani sargarmiyo mein izafa kardai.iska matlab bhag dar rahe nakisi phelo in kay akharay ka rukh karna hai. 
    Bus rozana 30 minute tak baqaidgi se walk kijiye. Waqt kam ho tou subha 15 minute chaliye aur sham mein 15 minute chal kar warzish ka ya waqt pora kar lijiye.
    Ek surat ye bhi hosakti hai kay ap office jane kay liye ek do stop agay jakar bus pakre ya phir lot tay hoe apne ek do stop phele utar jaye. Is tarha daftar waghera mein lift kay bajaye siriyo ka istemal karen.
