Polyphones are powerful antioxidants. Antioxidants are substances which fight harm full byproducts of metabolism called free radicals which cause aging and different cancers by damaging DNA of cells. 
Green tea users have less chances of developing cancers and their aging process is delayed and they live better quality of lives. Green tea is natural liver tonic, it purifies blood. Due to this property it is very good for skin and makes it bright and soft. 
Antioxidants also inhibit the chances of blood vessel thickening and resulting high blood pressure and heart diseases. Green tea contains caffeine which burns fats rapidly and cause increased brain activity and alertness, therefore Green tea is very good for students who study for long hours.

Green tea makes them alert a s well as provide energy. Green tea is best for reducing body weight. One or two cups of green tea daily with lemon juice greatly helps obese patients to loose weight without causing any harm as with many market weight loss products. We should use green tea daily to maintain ideal body weight and to live long healthy lives. It is good for weight loss.

Aludgi, tambaku noshi aur ziyada dhoop ke bais khoon mein free radicles ziyada ho jate hain, lekin sabz qehva mein paye jane wale taqatwar man-e-takseed ajza ke bais iss khayal ko taqwiyyat pohunchti hai ke iss ke istamal se na sirf sehat behtar rehti hai balke insane ki umr bhi kam nazar aati hai. 

    Yahi waja hai ke pabandi se sabz chai peene walon ko ye ahsas hota hai ke ye nabati mashrub na sirf un ke andruni a’aza balke jild ke liye bhi khoob hai. Isi liye aaj kal jild ki hifazat ke liye gharelu taur per tayyar ki jane wali aksar cheezen bohut maqbul ho rahi hain jin mein sabz chaye shamil hoti hai. 

    Misal ke taur per sabz qehva ki 100 garam patti nisf litre pani (mineral water) mein dal den jo kamray ke darja-e-hararat per rahay. Kam-az-kam aik ghante amal-e-injazab ke baad use nathar len aur saf bottle mein ye pani bhar ker refrigerator mein rakhen. Behtar to ye hai ke thora pani banain au rise taza istamal Karen. Lekin agar bach jaye to phir saf bottle mein rahen. Ye pani mun per chhirka jae to chehray ki jild taza rehti hai.
