Carrot is very beneficial for people who have urinary tractinfections, have stones in their kidney it basically flush all the toxins from the body. Furthermore, it is helpful in reducing coughing and sinus issues. Whereas carrot can be useful for getting rid of infertility in both males and females. Animals who gives milk can be given carrots in their feed so there can be increase in the quantity of milk.By drinking carrot juice mix with beetroot can give glow to the skin and it can make the person beautiful within just week and there is no need to apply those typical face whitening creams when you have this blessing of God.
