    Zahni aur ruhni tanduraste ki he ek salsela war kari hai. Tandurste jisam mein he tandurast dil aur tandurst roh ka bacer mumkan hai. Jimani tandursti ko amani reyasat ka abdadie zeyana tasleem kya gaya hai. Tandurst rahna par he aman ki reyzat mumkn hai. Tandurst shakes he apni aur dusera ki bhalie kar sakta hai aur amani reyzat ki tarf mil ho sakta hai.insan apni bhalie tab he karsakta hai, jab dil aur jisam mukamal tor par tandurst hn, jo log kamzor aur bemari mein gerafter hain, mahnat aur bhduri wa jurat ke bager zindagi basar karta hain aur zinda lash ki thra zindagi kuzarta hain. Wo apna urooj aur tarqe ka mansuba acha tareqa sa tayar nahe kar paye ge. Asa shakse ka dil gazela ashthal bhra, bhekhra aur udas rahna lagta hai aur burahpa ki qalbe kafeyt in ke ruhbaru hazer ho jate hai. Jisam ki bemari dil ko bhi apni lapte mein la late hai aur jismani kamzori , bemari, taklef aur bachani zahni adam tawzon ka baz ban jate hai. Kie bemariya ke lagna aur in ke elaj ke baz male boje bhi bar jata hai, jis sa khandan aur samje dono par ghera zarori wazan parta hai.

Jismani tandurste aur zahni qwat barhna ka liya musabat souch ka ru jahn bhi bara moina hota hai. Yoga teen satun  par shakse ko mutser karta hai:.

    [1] Physical - Jismani:.yoga science jisam sa nusan da anser ko nikal kar issi ke andoroni wa baroni aza ko mutaser karte hai.

    {2} Zehni - Mentaly:.gora feqar ka tareqa tabdel kar date hai.

    [3} Rohani - Spiritual: yoga science insan ko reyzat ki tarf mutwaja karna ki science hai. Jisamni aza ki kamzori sa nijat hasil karna ke liya issi ki afdeyt bhot zaiyda hai. Ab hum ek tandurst zindagi kasa basar ki jea?Issi ke tareqa ka zekar kare ge.
