    Hatho ke kuch azha faial rahta hain aur kuch ba kar.     3.    Neck Exrecise For Old Age

    •    Gerdaen ko samna ki tarf mor kar rahke, phir sedha kare.

    •    Sar ko pecha ki tahrf la jea, rokea, phir phale wale halat mein upar aya.

    •    Sar ko dhie bhie la jea, bager kandhe uthe hoi gerdean mor kar kan sa kandea ko choea.

    •    Aysta aysta thorea ko dhie aur bhie kandho tak lea jea.

    •    Gerdean dhale chor kar golie mein ghumiea. Dhaiya kan daya kandha par kencha. Bhaya kan bhya kandea par necha samna rahe. Isse thra ka amal bar akse samat mein karea.

    •    Galo ko gobaro ki thra pholea.

    4.    Dusera Tareqa

    •    Zaban ko bhir nikal kar gala sa sher ki thra dharea.

    •    Bager gardean heliea ankhoo ki potliya sa upar necha dhie bhie, dhie taraf upar ko na, bhie thraf upar kona, dhie tahrf necha kona dheke.

    •    Ankhoo ko dhie sa bhie sa golie mein ghumie.

    •    Ankhoo ki warzish hataliyon ko cup ki thra ghra kar ka dono ankhoo ko dhanpa kar andhra ka khyal adha ghanta tak kare.

    5.    Waist Exercise For Old Age

    •    Kashti Chalna:  Hathoo ko kan ke qareb upar rake kar samna la jea. Matha ghthno tak necha lana ki kosish kar, phir pecha hath ko necha sa la kar pecha la jea. Yahe amal hathoo ko necha sa samna la kar , upar la kar kamar agea pecha jhokea.

    •    Chake chalna. Hathoo ke panjo ko apass mein phansa kar chake ki thra chale aur sath he kamar ko goliea mein ghumie aur bar akse samat mein bhi asa he kare.

    6.    Backbone exercises For Old Age

     Sedhea late jea. Hathoo ko kandho ki sedhe mein la jea. Phir paoin ko dhie thraf aur sar ko bhie tahrf, phir sar ko dhani thrf aur poian ko bhie thrf mor na ka amal poian ke halat mein mandarja zal tabdeliya lata hoi kare.

    •    Poian  dhie bhie rake aur panjo ko bhie thrf, sar dhie aur panjo ko dhie to sar bhie mora.

    •    Dhie poian ki are bhie poain ke anghotha ke sath rake aur panjea neza sar ghumana ka amal kare. Isse thra bhie poain ki arehe ko dhie poian ke anghotha ke pass rakhe kar kare.

    •    Dhie poian ko bhie poian ke takno par rak kar wahe amal  do bara bhie poian ko dhiea poian ke taknoo par rake kar kare. Yani sar dhie to panjea bhie aur sar bhie to panja dhie.
