    [11}  Tandurast zindagi ke 3 ahum satoon hain....  Khorak... reyazat.. neand.

    Agar insan khorak, reyzat aur neend ki afdeyt ka raz samja jea,to mare ga to seya, lakin wo burah nahe ho ga, balka jawan he rahe ga. Issi thra tawel alumar mein khorak ki ahumeyt aza kud sabt hai.
