Heart Disease Prevention

Incidence of heart disease is increasing day by day. There are so many causative factors for initiation of heart disease in these modern times like sedentary life styles, lack of physical activity due to availability of machines, stress, various pollutants arising from industrial wastes, artificial fertilizers, food preservatives and pesticide sprays on food crops. Lack of physical activity and stress are number one causes of precipitating heart disease. 
Heart muscles are strengthened by exercise because they pump more blood into body tissues in response to exercise. Stress causes spasm of heart vessels which contract and can not supply enough oxygen to tissues. 
Also stress predisposes individuals to diabetes and high blood pressure which in turn lead to heart problems. Another most common factor is elevated cholesterol levels due to increased levels of saturated fats and lack of fresh fruits and vegetables in diet. Saturated fats accumulate inside the walls of heart blood vessel and clog them; as a result heart can not pump blood and oxygen to cells and tissues resulting in heart failure. 
To summarize; the best ways to pervert heart disease are moderate physical exercise, stress free life, intake of good unsaturated fats like omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids which are found in vegetable oils like olive, sunflower, corn and Soya bean oils, these fats are also found in fish and other sea foods. 
People who have family history of heart disease should get their blood pressure, cholesterol and sugar levels checked on yearly basis or at least at six months interval. Diet should contain more fruits and vegetables because these foods contain antioxidants which prevent heart disease. Food should be thoroughly washed before use to eliminate any residues of pesticide spray. Fresh food should be eaten instead of artificially preserved food. 
Try to get happy and laugh at minor things and try to indulge in sports and hobbies like swimming, gardening, reading books, playing with children etc to relieve daily life stress because stress is major killer of heart.

    Mazeed do mosmi sabzion kay salan kay izafay say in ki tadad 9 hojati hai or jo ek do mosmi phal bhi khaleey jaen to qalb ki sehat ka pwra saman kya jasakta hai. 
    Bunyadi tor par insane sabzi khor hai. Qudrat nay isay gosht khanay or haddian chabanay walay dant nahin deye lekin kam miqar main gosht ka istamal sehat kay leye mufeed hai. Maazi main gosht ka istamal mehdood tha jo ab bohot aam hogaya hai mahreen kay muabiq is kay istamal main izafay say qalb or sharyanon kay imraz kay ilawa gurday ki shikayat or khas tor par marz sartan main numayan izafa hogaya hai zaroori hai kay ghiza main phalon or sabzion kay ilawa warzish ka ziada ehtamam kya jaye or jamnay wali chiknaian kam khai jaen.
