    Pregnancy ke duran women mein blood ki kami (Annemia) ya Edema ki shikayat pahi jati hai. Is ki wajah diet mein protein ya iron ki kami hojati hai. Women kay teeth kharabb hojatay hai. Pregnancy ke duran maa ko mutwazin diet dyni chahaye. 
    Diet For Pregnant Women

    1. Diet mein char cheexain shamil honi chahaye. 
    For Example: Mutton, Egg, Vegetables, Fruits, Milk and Yogurt.
    Gosht, anday, sabziyan, phal, doodh, and dahi.
    2. Laxatives (Constipation) ki diet ke liyeh sabziyan (vegetables) ya khas toor par green leaves vegetables aur fruits zaroro khaaye.
    3. Doodh, dahi, lassi ghiza diet mein shamil karaye.
    First four mein pregnancy mein baby ki nasho numa aur health bohat zorori hoti hai. lehza pregnant women ko chahaye ke diet mein milk aur yougurt ka istemal karaye.

    Beneficial Diets For Pregnant Woman

    Dahi (yogurt) zada khanay se baby ka color fair hota hai.
    Bazz aurton ko pregnancy ki starting mein vomitting ki shikayat rehti hai. Ye iss wajah se hota hai keh maa aur pait wale bachay ke duran blood ka relation placenta ke zariye hota hai.

    Theak nai hota. Is ka asar maa par parta hai. Is wajah se vomitting hoti hai. 

    Is qism ki complain mein pregnant women ko carbohydrates ki zarorat hoti hai. Is k liyeh fruit juice, milk (doodh) aur calories ki zarorat hoti hai. Takay blood ka tarshaao (Acidosis) na honay paye, iss silsilay mein hayateen aur vitamins bhi mufeed hai.

    Zada namkinayat aur hayateen khelanay se baby ko faida pouchta hai. Yeh baby ke liver aur tissues mein jama hojatay hain. Delivery ke baad baby ki health barqarar rakhnay mein madad dyti hai. Agar maa ki diet mein iron kafi shamil ho tuo baby ki padish mein bhi baby mien iron mojoud hoga. 
    Calcium ki kami sirf doodh aur dahi hi puri karsakta hai. Calcium ki moujodgi mien bones musboht hogi. Milk aur yougurt calcium ki kami, blood ki kami, vitamins aur proteins ko pura karsakta hai jo pregnancy mein lazmi hai.
