Strawberry Benefits: Here you we will read strawberry benefits (strawberry ke faide) in Roman Urdu. Strawberry is delicious fruit and rich in vitamins and minerals, it has highest amounts of vitamin C. Vitamin C is water-soluble vitamin and an antioxidant, vitamin C has great importance for skin health and beauty, it helps to prevent many diseases like bleeding gums, skin infections like acne, boils, etc. Strawberry makes skin soft and bright, vitamin C prevents many cancers and protects from age related organ damage, vitamin C is also required for iron absorption and iron is very important mineral for making blood cells and carry oxygen to different organs, if we include strawberries daily in diet it will make us alert, active and relieves stress. It also contains considerable amounts of vitamin A; vitamin A is another vitamin, which acts as antioxidant. 
Strawberry is required for healthy vision and beautiful skin and prevents many infections, vitamin A is very important for children, it improves their growth and children like strawberries. Due to their delicious taste and attractive appearance, it should be given to children in form, of shakes, jams and jellies it will greatly benefit their growth and prevents many childhood infections.     Ghizaiyyat Bakhsh Aur Muqawwi-e-Qalb Fruit Strawberry
