    • Din mein 2 anar kaha liyeh jaye tuo bohat si bemariyon sey bacha jasakta hia.
    • Rozana anar ka sharbat peenay sey pait kay gird hama honay wali charbi ka khutuma hota hai jo motapa kam karnay kay liyeh bohat hi mufeed hai.
    • Yeh hi nai nar ka istemaal gurdon kay amraaz mein mubtala afraad kay liyeh bhi bay had mufeed aur sehat mand hai.
    • Anar ko kali mirch khanay kay sath bhi faida mand hai.

    Ingredients

    Anar                                  2 Adad (danay nikaal lain)

    Pani                                  2 glass
    Namak                              1 Chutki
    Kali Mirch                           1 Chutki
    Burf                                   Thanaday kay liyeh 

    Anar Ka Sharbat Banana Ki Tarqeeb
    Sab sey anar ko pani daal kar grind karle.
    Phir anar kay sharbat ko chaan lain, takay anar ki gudliya chaan jaye.
    Phir us mein namak aur kali mirch dal kar mix karle.
    Akair mein burf daal kar mix karaye.
    Mezadar anar ka sharbat tayaar hai.
