    Bodybuilding Aur Protein In Urdu

    Problem: Mujhe warzish kay zariye se jism banane yani tan parwari bodybuilding ka shok hai azalat barhane aur unhe mazbot banane mein tiko aur ghosht ka istemal ziyada karta ho, kiun kay gosht mein protien ziyada hota hai, kia ye tareqa durust hai?
