Islam is religion of nature and peace. Whatever is given in Quran, it is beneficial for humanity; Almighty Allah has given all the instruction clearly in Quran and also by the sayings of Prophet (Peace Be Upon Him), which are required to live a good quality, prosperous life. 
Muslims offer prayers five times a day as ordered by Islam, scientific research proved that Prayer’s posture are very beneficial in preventing and relieving joint and bone pain and diseases. Prayer is best exercise. Sajda which is bending of body and putting head on floor is very good for improving blood supply to brain and also in regulation of blood pressure. Ablution is necessary before prayer. Ablution or Wuzu is washing of face, hands, and feet and also wetting the head. It maintains the hygiene and keep person neat and clean. 
It lowers the body heat and prevents many infections. Also in ablution person has to touch different areas of body like lobes of ears, ankles, wrist and elbow joints; touching of these areas are the same maneuvers as described in Reiki therapy. Reiki therapy is Chinese method of treating diseases by giving pressure on different parts of body. In ablution people also pour water in nose and mouth and do rinsing of these areas, this habit prevents bad breath and bad odor of nose and keep teeth clean. Quran described the significance of some foods for human health; these foods are olive, Fig, and honey. Nutritionists agree with the fact that these foods are full of nutrients and useful in many diseases. 
Olive and its oil contain vitamin E and other unsaturated fatty acids and it is proved that they are best for heart and skin, honey prevents from respiratory infection and good for overall body health, and it contains a lot of vitamins and minerals. Fig is full of fiber and very good for digestive problems. 
Today western world is having burden of diseases due to having relation ships with multiple partners and dirty habit of doing. In short Islam is blessing for humanity and has given all the principles for maintaining mental and physical health.

    Sehat Aur Islam In Urdu 
    Sehat-e-jismani insane ke liye aik qeemti mata’ hai. Agar health aur tandurusti nahin hai aur is se insane mehroom hai to yaqeenan koi kam husn-o-sehat aur khoobi ke sath anjaam nahin dia ja sakta. Sehat-e-jismani ko tareekh ke hard or mein khwah wo kitna hi mazi mein ho, intahai aur buniadi ahmiat-o-hesiat hasil rahi hai. 
    Health aur sehat mandi ke liye insane ne hard or mein intahai koshishen ki hain, jo musalsal misalen banti rahi hain. Health aur sehat mandi ki ahmiat aur zarurat ke bare mein nuqta-e-nazar mein shuru se aaj tak koi tabdeeli nahin hui hai. 
    Tareekh-e-alam mein jo aqwam apne muntaha se kamal ko pohnchi hain, un ki kamiabion aur kamranion aur an ky kamalat ki tareekh se health ko kisi tarah kharij nahin kia jasakta. Bilashuba un kamiyab o kamran aqwam-o-milal ne sehat se apna rishta hamesha mazbut-o-marbut rakha hai aur health hi se mazbuti-e-rishta ki badolat wo sarfaraz aur sarbuland rahi hain. Wo aqwam-o-milal ke jin ki azadian salb aur zabt huin, un mein shaded inhatat aaye, un ke asbab-e-inhatat mein naqs-e-sehat sar-e-fehrist raha. 
    Azaadi ki zabti aur ghulami apne sath aur apny jalu mein jihalat lati hai aur ye jihalat husn-o-qabah mein farq-o-imtiaz karne ki salahiat se mehroom ker deti hai aur aik ghulam aur azadi se mehrum insane na sirf masail-e-mulk-o-millat se ghafil ho jata hai balke wo khud apne muqaam ko bhi faramosh ker deta hai. Jahan tak main mutala ker saka hon aur jahan tak main samajh saka hon is ka hasil yeh hai ke islam sab se pehla mazhab aur sab se pehla zabita-e-hayat hai jis ne sehat-o-safai ko lazim-o-malzoom qarar diya aur jis ne safai aur sehat ke rishte ko marboot kia hai.

    Quran-e-majeed aur share’-e-Islam (Alaihettahayyat Wassalam) ne insaani sehat-o-sabat se muta’alliq aisi taleem di hai aur aisi rehnumai ata ki hai ke kisi dusri shariat ya mazhab ne nahin di. Is se kisi tarah ka inkaar nahin hai ke dusre mazahib-o-milal mein bhi pakeezgi-o-safai ka khayal tha magar wahan is ki hesiat amumi aur sanvi thi. Islam ne sab se mumtaz ho ker usool-e-hifz-e-sehat aur taharat ko ham-mani aur ham-mafhoom ker diya aur is tarah hayat-e-insani ko aik aisa takhayyul diya aur aik aisa raasta bataya jis ne musalmanon per kamraniyon ke darwazy khol diye aur hir unhon ne in abwab ko sare alam-e-arzi per wazeh ker diya aur sehat-o-taharat ka wo mafhoom aqwam-e-alam ko diya jis se islam se pehle insaan na-ashnaye mahaz tha. 
    Islam ki ruhani taleem jis tarah adeem-un-nazeer aur adeem-ul-misaal hai, isi tarah sehat-o-taharat ki Islami taleem bhi be misl aur be-adeel hai. Bilkul ibtadai zamana-e-Islam mein jab Allah tabarik wa-ta’aala janab Muhammad Rasoolullah (S.A.W) ko noor-e-hidayat se munawar farmate hain to takeedat mein is takeed ko shamil farmate hain:

    Translation:
    “Apne kapre (libas) saf suthre aur muttahar rakha karo aur har qism ki ghilazat aur gandagi se perhez kia karo. (Al-Mudassir 4-5). 
    Quran-o-Hadees aik taraf usool-e-hifz-e-sehat batatae aur un ki pabandi per israr kerte hain to is ke sath hi safai, pakeezgi aur taharat ki intahai talqeen bhi kerte hain. Sone aur jaagne, ghiza aur pani, dant saf kerne, ghusl aur wazu, taza hawa, warzish aur araam, gharz her mozoo per Islam mein hamen bari wazeh hidayat milti hain. 
    Misaal ke tor per neend ko lina chahie. Munasib waqt tak neend sehat mand zindagi ke liye zaruri hai. Is se thakan door hoti hai. A’zaaye jismani ko araam milta hai aur badan ki khoi hui taqat bahal ho jati hai. Quran-e-kareem mein muta’addid bar neend moojib-e-rahat-o-araam qarar di gai hai aur is ka tark ker dena ya munasib waqt se kam ker dena Islam mein hargiz pasandeeda nahin hai. 
    Chunanche ibtada-e-Islam mein Hazrat Share’ (Alaihittahayyatu Wassalam) ko jab aap rat ka ziyada hissa bedari aur ibaadat-e-ilahi mein sarf farmate the.
    HaqTta’aala Ne Surah-e-Muzammil mein takeedi hukm diya: 
    Aap munasib waqt tak zarur so jaya Karen. Beshak raat ka jagna nafs ko qaabu mein lane ka behtareen zariya hai, lekin agar aap tool den ge aur thakan se khud ko choor ker len ge (yani apni health kharab ker len ge) to din ke kaam aur dunia ki hidayat se muta’alliq muhimmat-e-jaleela jo mehnat-e-shaaqa chahti hain, kese anjaam pain gi?” 

    Health Rules According To Hazrat Mohammad Mustafa In Roman Urdu

    Hazoor Mohammad ka mamool tha ke Aap (SAW) dopeher ke khaane ke baad thori der ke liye aaram farmate the. Ham aaj ke dor mein ke jab insaan taskheer-e-mahtaab ker chukka hai, aur taskheer-e-shams ke liye betaab hai, neend ke bare mein ahl-e-ilm-o-fazal se theek wohi baten sunte hain jin ke bare mein quran-o-islam mein nihayat wazeh hidayat mojood hain aur jin ko tark ker ke aaj insaan ne apni sehat ko shadeed khatre mein daal diya hai. 
    Aik taraf neend ke bare mein ye hidayat hain to dusri taraf zara sa zor is bat per hai ke raat jald so jao aur subha jald bedar ho jao. Hukum hai ke namaz-e-isha ke baad foran so jana chahie aur bila-zarurat rat ko der tak nahin jagna chahie aur fazool baton ya kamon mein waqt zaye nahin kerna chahie. Aur phir hidayat hai ke subha po phatne se pehle hi uth khare hona chahie, kewnke ye namaz-e-fajr ka waqt hai jo her momin per farz hai. aaj dunia amraz-o-alaam mein jis buri tarah mubtala hai.
    Iss ke asbab ka agar baghor mutala kia jae to aik ahem sabab ye nazar aaye ga ke aaj ke insaan ne neend aur bedari, yani sone aur jaagne ke in buniyadi usoolon ko tark ker diya hai. Quran-o-Hadees ne is baab mein jo hidayat di hai, aaj saari duniya is ki taeed kerti hai aur her usool jo quran-o-rasool ne inssan ki rahnumai ke liye ata kia hai, her haal mein us ki taeed hoti hai.
    Hamen sochna chahie ke Quran-o-Hadees ko chor kar ham kahan ja rahe hain?
