Canola Cooking Oil Benefits: Here we will discussed canola oil benefits and usage in life in Urdu. Cooking oil is used in our kitchens to fry or cook food. As far as its advantages are concerned it adds taste and flavor to dishes. It contains fats which are used by body to release energy which is needed for our daily work. 
Its use is also very important in cold climates because fats contained in oil readily provide heat by burning calories and protects from cold. 
Vegetable oil like olive oil, corn oil and sunflower oil are healthy because they contain polyunsaturated fatty acids which do not accumulate in body and do not cause high cholesterol levels in blood. But oil obtained from animal sources is very harmful; it is produced by melting of animal fat at high temperatures. 
It cause the formation of clots in blood vessels and clog them and cause thickening of their walls and stop blood supply of organs resulting in high blood pressure, heart attacks and neurovascular accidents like strokes. Oil derived from animal sources contains high amounts of saturated fats which cause high cholesterol levels and obesity. 
Cooking oil if used once should not be used again for cooking the food because heating it repeatedly makes it harmful for health. Also it is advisable that quantity of oil used for cooking or frying should be minimal even in case of vegetable oil. Cooking oil should be used in moderate amounts with regular exercise to attain its benefits.
